The staff is extremely over worked and under staffed. The employees are very unprofessional. No one except the councelers and direct care staff seem to care about the quality of treatment. It's more about funding. I use to love this place 5 years ago. When I worked there before but the leadership and quality has went down hill somewhere over the years.

There's no other place like Charlie's when it comes to recovery. The staff, treatment and curriculum are very helpful and amazing! I owe my life to them, they showed me a better way to live my life and I will be forever grateful.
